Valentin is the Best ! He is extremely professional, very pleasant and he takes pride in is work. I had two new toilet installations and after reading several reviews I contacted Valentin. He responded quickly and communicated each step of the process with me. He also is a master at scheduling his response times, and job date arrival time. Valentin wore blue covered shoes, and expertly prepped for the jobs right away. He upgraded parts, and also explained aspects of the process when I had concerns. This is the second time we called on Valentin for plumbing work. On this occasion, our kitchen faucet had seized. We purchased a new one and called on Valentin to do the installation. Valentin is always very responsive and professional. The new faucet was installed very quickly and the work was top notch. We are very happy with our new faucet! I called Strong Plumbing asking for a sump pump replacement quote.
Valentine replied promptly, helped to choose the necessary equipment provided a quote and scheduled the work quickly. The work was done right on time. Valentine was courteous and respectful of our home and safety. He wore slippers over his shoes to protect the floor, was meticulous to keep the work area clean and completed the work efficiently. Valentin was responsive by txt and slotted us in to his busy schedule as soon as he could. Work was completed for the quoted price and the workmanship was very good. He’s obviously very experienced and honest - he will be our go to plumber from now on.

If you are hesitating to hire a plumber because you’re unsure of the job, worried about cost or anything else ...look no further. Valentine is extremely professional and has excellent communication skills from
quoting the job through to completion of the job. He kept me updated on arrival time and showed up when he said he would.
He replaced/updated some leaking shut off valves, repaired the “guts” of 2 toilets and lastly took on a bigger job of fixing a leaking toilet. Turned out to be a bigger job due to a crack in the flange under the wax seal. He was able to come up with a very cost effective solution as well as a very fair price for the addition parts that were required.
Valentine is very honest and also took the time to explain everything to me as he went along. Very much appreciated and made me feel super comfortable with my choice of professional! The main drain decided to back up and flood my basement office ... as usual, it started on the Saturday morning of a long weekend! I called Strong Plumbing because they had done work on my drainage system more than 5 years ago. Even though Valentine was out of town, he made a great effort from a distance to organize one of his colleagues to come on the holiday to clear the drain and conduct a diagnostic inspection (which fortunately found no other problems). Denys was as friendly, knowledgeable and efficient as Valentine has always been. The problem was fixed; the camera inspection was explained to me clearly and the price was entirely fair with no "emergency" markup. I am pleased give Strong Plumbing my whole-hearted recommendation. I have learned my lessons: now I will get them to come more regularly to service my drain system!
