If you are hesitating to hire a plumber because you’re unsure of the job, worried about cost or anything else ...look no further. Valentine is extremely professional and has excellent communication skills from quoting the job through to completion of the job. He kept me updated on arrival time and showed up when he said he would. He replaced/updated some leaking shut off valves, repaired the “guts” of 2 toilets and lastly took on a bigger job of fixing a leaking toilet. Turned out to be a bigger job due to a crack in the flange under the wax seal. He was able to come up with a very cost effective solution as well as a very fair price for the addition parts that were required. Valentine is very honest and also took the time to explain everything to me as he went along. Very much appreciated and made me feel super comfortable with my choice of professional!
