Strong Plumbing, Valentin received a call from me in a panic because another well-known company in Toronto left my home in a disaster. Valentin came and remedied the entire problem with a sump pump well and a sump pump. Valentin also provided to me a back up system.. Certain parts in my toilet tank were not working properly so I initially contacted Strong Plumbing by email with the details and 3 pictures and I indicated when I would be available. The first day of the week I was available, I sent a text message to Strong Plumbing and Valentin replied by text within 15 minutes. Valentin had read my email and knew exactly what I required and provided a quote for the plumbing job. I was very pleased with the work that Valentin did. He installed new parts in my toilet tank and installed a new shut off valve and a new line for my toilet. I contacted Strong Plumbing about a leak from the bottom of our toilet. Valentin responded quickly with a quote and had us booked in the next day. He communicated everything clearly, replaced the gasket and left no mess behind. Wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future.

We then contacted Valentin, received an estimate, and scheduled an appointment within four hours of texting him. Three days later, he arrived with all the necessary parts and tools and fixed everything within 15 minutes. His work was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
