My neighbour recommended Val when my previous plumber was unavailable. I was nervous about finding a plumber after the two recent storms that hit Toronto, resulting in near record flooding (July 2024). I reached out to Val and he responded immediately, to my relief!

Val was responsive and is clearly knowledgeable. He provided me with everything I needed to obtain the city's rebates for these services, as well as to communicate with my insurer. He had his amazing team (shout out to Dennis!) at my place within a week of my retaining him. Val was easy to communicate with by text message, and completely professional in our dealings.
