After Hurricane Beryl, I noticed water leaking from a pot light in my 2nd floor bathroom. I called Ben. Ben came out, promptly, to inspect the roof above my 2nd floor bathroom, and talked with me about his diagnosis. Having used Ben before at a previous home, I know that he is knowledgeable and professional, and I trust his advice. While another roofer might have told me I needed to spend $50,000 to address this leak, Ben did just the opposite. His honesty and commitment to his customers is outstanding. Ben and his team came out shortly after Ben and I met, and they completed the job in one day. As always, Ben went above and beyond, reinforcing the seal around my 3rd floor skylight, just because he was up there and because he believes in solid craftsmanship. This is my second time using Luc's and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and to recommend them to anyone.

My neighbour recommended Val when my previous plumber was unavailable. I was nervous about finding a plumber after the two recent storms that hit Toronto, resulting in near record flooding (July 2024). I reached out to Val and he responded immediately, to my relief! Val was responsive and is clearly knowledgeable. He provided me with everything I needed to obtain the city's rebates for these services, as well as to communicate with my insurer. He had his amazing team (shout out to Dennis!) at my place within a week of my retaining him. Val was easy to communicate with by text message, and completely professional in our dealings. I would not hesitate to recommend Val and his team to anyone.

Mo and his team replaced our defunct ductless air conditioner during our incredibly hot summer. Mo ensured that the new unit was installed properly, and came back the night it was installed (and the next day) to fix a latent problem with the unit. He ensured that we would not have to wait for a part, and replaced it immediately. Mo is a true professional who ensures that his work is done to the highest standard. I highly recommend Mo and his team.

We could not be happier with Ben and his amazing team. They were careful, thoughtful, and hard-working. They covered all of our and our neighbour's windows and other property before starting. The day was incredibly hot, but they managed to get everything done quickly and efficiently. They also ensured that the roof (which was in considerably bad shape) was fixed and good for the next few decades. Most importantly, Ben and his team were incredibly trustworthy and honest. They are experts in what they do, and are true professionals. I would highly recommend Luc's Roofing.

We first hired Mo to install our new gas stove as part of a kitchen renovation project we were doing. He responded promptly through HomeStars and was extremely pleasant to deal with. His price was also incredibly reasonable, and he was fair and honest in dealing with us. We were so impressed, we hired him again to install a kick-plate vent in our kitchen. We had quotes from other providers, but they didn't seem decent (and changed when we contacted them a second time). Mo, again, provided excellent value and got it done quickly and efficiently. We would recommend Mo and Five Lions to anyone (and do so regularly).

Gord and his colleague arrived promptly and quickly got to work. Our basement oatmeal-coloured carpet had suffered numerous stains and wear and tear, especially from our pets. We were not convinced it could be returned to its original colour. We were wrong! After less than half an hour, our carpet looked brand new and our basement was instantly brightened and refreshed. Gord and his colleague were friendly and professional, and even gave us a hand quickly cleaning our living room area rug. We would have them back in a second (and likely will).
