The Demolition Boys

Frank and his crew worked quickly and tirelessly filling 6 huge bins in total. They were not only a pleasure to deal with, but were always ready to bend over backwards to make sure that I was happy. Pricing was very reasonable. You can not go wrong with the Demolition Boys, they will not let you done.

We hired Frank and his team to make the journey up to Unionville to gut our entire previously finished basement to the studs. There were two big rooms, laundry room, a bar and one two piece washroom totaling well over 1000 sq ft. Frank, Dan, Martin and Alex are truly great guys and it took the four of them less than two days to demo and fill a full sized disposal bin. The bin was promptly removed from our driveway right after with no damage. Frank did not hesitate to ask how much more his team should take out and they could have kept going but we thought they worked hard enough. Alex, Dan, Martin and Frank, a big thank you for the great work!

My husband left for an unexpected trip and I wanted to surprise him with a renovated bedroom for a nursery. I called/emailed numerous demolition companies and Frank returned my email immediately. Extremely courteous and was willing to accomodate my timeline without hesitation. They came on time (not common for contractors) and removed the old wall panelling, then the plaster and lath and insulation from all four walls and the ceiling! Removed all the debris from the house and even vaccumed the room upon completion! They were great! We live in an old house and are renovating room by room, so I will definitely be calling Frank again!

Demo boys removed the ugly attachment in our backyard. They were quick to respond to our quote request, arrived on time to assess the project, gave us a reasonable price, and were on site only a couple of days later to realize the project. They finished in a day and were very polite and professional. They even pointed out a small damage that they had done and reduced the price accordingly. Highly recommended.

Frank and Alex showed up on time and did an amazing job of removing an interior chimney. Frank was able to give me a quote on the phone and agreed to do a job that other demolition companies wouldn't do. They were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Frank made sure that I was happy with the demo and the cleanup before the guys left for the day. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

I hired Frank and the Demo Boys to completely gut a 1400 square foot house and I am very happy with their work. This was a big job that involved removing all plaster and lath, hard wood flooring, ceilings, old kitchen cabinetry, and all electrical and plumbing from the house. Frank was every accurate with his estimate of work required in terms of time and the number of bins needed. The price was very good given the nature of the job. The Demo Boys completed the job on time and well above expectation. Frank was even kind enough to take out some extra building materials trash, from the back yard, which was not included in the original scope of the work. Overall I am very glad I got the Demo Boys to do the demolition work on my property. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

It has taken me a while to comment on this, and I apologise. I needed to remove the drywall and the installation in my garage. So I looked up Homestars and the Demolition Boys were highly recommended. The Boys were fast, clean and efficient. I would also recommend them.

Had the Demo Boys do a bathroom demolition. The demolition was more work than everyone had imagined but frank and his crew work through all the surprises without complaint and without increasing his quote.
Job well done.

The crew was fantastic. They demolished two side-by-side garages in a day, and then came back to demolish the concrete pads and other block construction on another day. They were quick, courteous, funny and a pleasure to deal with. Frank was true to his word and honest in his dealings. I know they encountered some structural surprises and extra garbage to deal with, but never complained. Their prices were fair and flexible as the scope changed once we got going. Thanks!
