Campoli Custom Builds Inc. has recently just completed my basement renovation. Going into this Reno, we have gotten three estimates from other contractors in order for us to grasp a feel of who will be best suited to work on this project for us. After many meetings, we have decided that Campoli Custom Builds Inc. stood out the most to us during our initial interactions. The Owner was very attentive to detail and very easy to speak freely with, he took his time to really understand exactly what me and my husband were looking for in our basement renovation. Once measurements and the scope of work were established, they then got back to us with an accurate estimate within two business days, which for a full legal basement remodel I would say it is an amazing turnaround time. We decided to transform our basement space into a finished legal basement with a kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and custom built-ins, and three bedrooms. Campoli Custom Builds Inc was able to configure drawings and designs for the entire basement, Get them stamped by an engineer, and submit them to the city for permits at ease. This is when we knew that we were in the right hands; communication was consistent and organized, and everybody was on the same page, this goes with the entire renovation. When we got to the building aspect, Organization, timelines, quality of work, customer service and more were all met and kept at the highest standards by the owner of Campoli Custom Builds Inc. Luca did a great job with my condo and kitchen upgrade. The condo needed new floors, a wall taken out of the kitchen and all new cabinets. He directed me to great suppliers, dealt really well with the superintendent in my condo, managed things in a timely manner since I had a tight deadline to move in. The work was great and he accommodated changes to the plan when needed.

I had an outstanding interlock project in my backyard, campoli custom builds came and was able to follow the pattern and make a nice finished border. He completed the project in 2 days. He made sure to keep a clean workspace and to clean up any mess made. Professional.
