One year ago, I had a Mr. Slim ductless A/C unit installed. They did an amazing job installing it, considering the unit had to be put up on our roof. All went well. This year, we started up our unit. It had stopped cooling. After some hiccups with scheduling and part availabilities, all was cleared up and our unit is happily humming away. Beverly, the operations manager, was a huge help. Their care for customer service was greatly appreciated!

Mike was wonderful to deal with. He was quick to respond to our request and gave us a competitive bid. His true character came through as we had to negotiate with two different neighbours to coordinate the new fences. His good spirits made what could have been a difficult situation, go smoothly. He and his team completed the work quickly and as per our custom design. The fence looks great! It's built well and exactly as we wanted. Mike was easy to reach and quick to respond by phone or email. It was a real pleasure working with Best Fence. They came highly recommended to us, and we will continue to recommend them to friends.

The crew was fantastic. They demolished two side-by-side garages in a day, and then came back to demolish the concrete pads and other block construction on another day. They were quick, courteous, funny and a pleasure to deal with. Frank was true to his word and honest in his dealings. I know they encountered some structural surprises and extra garbage to deal with, but never complained. Their prices were fair and flexible as the scope changed once we got going. Thanks!
