Do not hesitate to call this company, they are quick, efficient and their customer service is excellent. We were very impressed with them; especially with Russell / Sam they arrived on time to our appointment and was true to his word from the beginning to the end, not extra cost or surprises at the end, the price he gave us was what we paid at the end. We highly recommend them

Had a roofing problem recently and asked my co-workers and family who they knew. Sam was referred to me and I was very pleased with the roofing repaired I needed around the house at a fair price. He climbed with his guys and cleaned the snow and fixed it at no time. I will refer them and continue to use them for my future roofing issues and other exterior repairs. Thanks Sam for your help.

Happy with his work. My chimney had a problem that too much smoke getting inside my house. I called him after a referal from a friend. He was here with short notice. he give me few options to fix the problem

He fixed it and I don't have the proplem anymore.
Ash Chimney cleaned it last year and charged me too much and left brocken bricks on the rooof.

The top courses of our chimney had deteriorated significantly. We did not notice the problem until early last year when contractors are understandably very busy. Unlike a couple of supposed reputable companies who did not show up at the scheduled time to review the problem or called to cancel the appointment, Sam came at the arranged time and was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. He provided the estimate promptly by email and the work was even completed in no time. More courses than estimated had to be replaced and this work was done with no additional costs. The brick matches perfectly and we could not be happier with the results. We highly recommend Sam the handyman and his guys.

Partial Chimney rebuilt needed (20 lines) as well as some tuck pointing around other parts of house. During rebuild there was no clay tiles found inside existing old chimney so we had a liner installed as well as recommended by home inspector who initially looked at chimney. Good communication with contractor, emails answered promptly. For the estimate, Contractor climbed on roof took pictures of problem areas and showed them to us. bricks used as well as mortar used matched old chimney very well, allowed to pay after entire job was done. Sam and crew were very pleasant. Price was comparable or lower than other estimates. Would use again.

Well, it has been just over a year since we had Sam the handyman repair and re-shingle our solarium and a portion of our roof, and we thought it was about time to commend Sam and crew on a job well done. We had purposely held off our feedback to wait and see if indeed the roof had been finally fixed. Before having Sam, we had gone through a period of about four years with other contractors who did quick fixes on the roof only to have the leak return a couple months or even weeks later. Now, since having Sam really repair the roof, we have gone through a whole year of heavy rains, snow, and high winds and not one problem. What a relief! We now have worry-free enjoyment of our solarium. There are three things about Sam the handyman that stand out in our minds: 1. Outstanding Customer Service. From beginning to the end of the project, absolutely everyone associated with Sam was courteous and excellent to work with Natalie provided us with a lot of information and was great in finalizing the quote. 2. Excellent quality work. As they say, "the proof is in the pudding". Not one problem to date and it looks great. The contractors worked tirelessly, were able to overcome structural issues (rotting wood and skylight), biological issues (ants!) and left the site spotless. 3. Credibility and Integrity. Out of the three companies that provided us with quotes, Sam was the only company to indicate that a large portion of our roof still had several years of life and that only the solarium and the south portion of our roof needed replacing at the time. So, we want to thank everyone at Sam the handyman so much, we wish them the best, and keep up the excellent work!

I was impressed and pleased with what Sam and crew did for me. They were on time...which is a good thing. They diagnosed that we didn't need to replace the whole roof...but rather only half of it (facing south). The whole issue arose because of what we thought was a leak at a skylight. Sam inspected and said the skylight was fine...but that water was getting under the shingles somewhere above the skylight and it was simply manifesting as a leak at the skylight. A long story short, they replaced the roof on the side of the house plus the skylight. He asked if they could look after the other half of the roof in 3 years time when it would likely need to be done.
