We needed a cross connection test and an adjustment to our system. Jeremy was on time and checked everything, he even readjusted some of our sprinkler heads which were installed badly. After all the tests were completed he changed the watering system timing because of the drought restrictions. All in all, Jeremy was friendly, professional and very helpful. Great company!

Dustin, of Next Rain Irrigation Ltd., reworked my irrigation system. He did a fabulous job! He is very knowledgeable, polite, and very patient. He listened to all of my concerns, rectified them in a timely manner and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I will call upon him for any and all of my irrigation needs in the future.

We have used Next Rain irrigation for our seasonal needs. From start up to blow out they have been great. Professional, polite and punctual. I would and have recommended them.

Next Rain has a well-trained team of irrigation specialists who were able to properly assess, repair and upgrade our entire irrigation system in a matter of days. It has never worked as effective as it does now. The results are visibly amazing. I wish i had been introduced to the team years ago.

We paid for winterizing of our underground sprinkler system. The technician mistakenly left the valves from the main line to the various zones open. When calling to have them fix their mistake, their technician accused me of opening them. They wanted me to pay to winterize it again. And, by the way, the fee for winterizing it a second time would be 78% higher because it's late in the season!

I'll certainly never use this company again.

$95.00 for service call ! Then $140.00/hr for any work in addition to the service call! Too steep a price for us. Do good work, but are far over priced.
Like the repairman and when he worked for a different company he had done work on our property previously so he was already knowledgeable about our property. However, this company is too expensive for our Condominium project.

I just changed my irrigation system maintenance to Next Rain this year. I wish I did it earlier. We had broken sprinkler pipes and damaged heads. They did a very good job to fix them. I called them again one week later to adjust one of the head for the water spray. The technician came the next day, adjusted the water spray as I liked and didn’t charge me. I appreciated their quick response, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I like the text message to tell me the technician is on the way each time. Debra is very friendly and patient on the phone to schedule the visit. We definitely will use Next Rain again.

I have had Next Rain Irrigation do my wintering and start up for several years.
I have had them come and do service work as well and was very happy with the professionalism from booking to completion.
The work was done in a timely fashion and you can barely tell where the repairs were done.

My irrigation system needed some repairs, leaks, move and add heads, programming, activate rain sensor. Geordie is knowledgeable, thorough and accountable for the work he does. Explains what is causing the issue and what fix is and then does great work.

I hired Next Rain Irrigation through the Homestars portal and received a callback within 2 minutes of sending a general request for quote.
The tech was pleasant and knew his stuff, went to work on fixing an immediate leak in a valve then did a very thorough maintenance check on the entire system (as requested), every sprinkler head, and re-programmed the schedule for optimal watering. Some parts were replaced and he showed me all of his areas of concern and gave me other helpful info.
I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them highly.
