There isn't much I can say that hasn't been said already. Yes, we are extremely happy with our new furnace, AC, etc. but it goes beyond that. Dave truly goes above and beyond what your average contractor will do. For example, when Direct Energy told us that they were going to charge us to come pick up our old hot water heater, Dave took care of it saved me $75. He also drove me to Home Depot to pick up my new one. Then, after all the work was done and there was a minor gas leak coming from my meter, HE called Enbridge and made all the arrangements to have it serviced. Finally, before leaving, he sat with me and helped me fill out my Goodman warranty online. Did he have to do all these things? Of course not. Does he care about his customers? You bet! If you're interested in being taken care of from A to Z, call Dave. If not, call someone else. By the way, we want to also thank Andrew and Liviu for the work they did, especially when it came to installing the chimney liner! (I have a REALLY difficult chimney!lol) Cheers guys!
