On the Civic Day holiday in Aug 2015, our air conditioner fan stopped operating. I called Reliable and left my information with their message service. Because it was a holiday, I was not expecting a call until the next day, but I got a call from Dave at Reliable within 2 hours.
First of all, Dave was great to deal on the phone. We did some initial trouble shooting over the phone, and he was very patient while I tried various things. Because of the safety concerns, we decided it was best to turn off the breaker of the AC. As you can appreciate, HVAC companies would be very busy during that hot sweltering period, but Dave did his best to accommodate and we found a time on the Wednesday of the same week.
Dave arrived at our house on time. He was very professional and courteous and didn't talk down to me. When he found out the problem, he called me over, showed me the problem, and gave me an estimate on the spot. To my relief, it was only a minor repair. After Dave made the repair, he stuck around for another 20 minutes to thoroughly test everything and make sure there was no complications.
