In July 2017, our air conditioner stopped working. I called Aire Max and left a voicemail. Within 1 hour, Max (the owner) called me back. Max was fully booked that days, but because it was a sweltering day and Max could recognize my desperation, he fit me in at the end of the day. First of all, Max was great to deal on the phone. We did some initial trouble shooting over the phone, and he was very patient while I tried various things. Max arrived at our house on time. He was very professional and courteous and didn't talk down to me. When he found out the problem, he called me over, showed me the problem, and gave me an estimate on the spot. To my relief, it was only a minor repair. After Max made the repair, he stuck around (even though it was raining) to thoroughly test everything and make sure there was no complications. I highly recommend Max and Aire Max.

On the Civic Day holiday in Aug 2015, our air conditioner fan stopped operating. I called Reliable and left my information with their message service. Because it was a holiday, I was not expecting a call until the next day, but I got a call from Dave at Reliable within 2 hours. First of all, Dave was great to deal on the phone. We did some initial trouble shooting over the phone, and he was very patient while I tried various things. Because of the safety concerns, we decided it was best to turn off the breaker of the AC. As you can appreciate, HVAC companies would be very busy during that hot sweltering period, but Dave did his best to accommodate and we found a time on the Wednesday of the same week. Dave arrived at our house on time. He was very professional and courteous and didn't talk down to me. Over a 1 week period, Mr. Handyman did a number of outdoor fixes for us, specifically a shed assembly and fence repairs. Mike Watson was the technician on both jobs. Overall, Mr. Handyman is fantastic. On both days, Mike was punctual and got there at the exact time he said he would. I found him to be very professional and courteous. He didn't talk down to me and was very clear on the scope of work. The quotation he provided was very accurate and fair. He completed both jobs on quote and with very high quality and craftsmanship. Mr. Handyman may be a little more pricier than smaller outfits, but it's well worth it. I believe you get what you pay for. And what we got was high quality work with no future headaches to deal with. I have used Mr. Handyman before. I keep using them because of their top notch service.
