We selected Reliable Home Comfort as we have used their services in the past and we were very satisfied with their work. This weekend we noticed water pooling by our furnace. After calling Reliable Home Comfort I was advised that their technician would get in touch with me.
Shortly after i received a call from Leroy ,we arranged the time for the visit. Leroy arrived promptly at the agreed time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was fast and thorough, talking us through each step of identifying the problem. Leroy provided us with an estimate and it was reasonable. He did not have the parts on hand to repair the furnace but was able to do get them and complete the repairs the next day.
