Exceptional service we couldn't be happier. Our Samsung Dryer stoped drying last night. I called High Tech Appliances and was given a reasonable quote over the phone. We were able to get an appointment next morning. We got a call about 30 min before arrival at our home and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with this company. Would use them again.

We called Pestend as we noticed pavement ants in our kitchen. We have used them before for Faro Ants and we were very happy with previous service provided. Fazee arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment. He was professional, curious and knowledgeable. Another great service by Reliable Home Comfort. After contacting Rob he dispatched Colin to help us with the installation of a new smart thermostat. We did not have the "c" wire and I didn't feel comfortable with opening the furnace in order to install the included by pass module. Colin was great, courteous and very professional. He was able to complete the job very fast and also helped us with another issue we were having. We would highly recommend them again.

After obtaining several quotes, we decided to do our exterior project with Perfect Painters and Home Renovations Services. The scope of the project included some of the following: removing rotten wood around our bay window exterior, installing a stone veneer and enlarging and replacing a basement window. Our experience with this company started on shaky footing was plagued by delays and miscommunications. Our initial consultation and quote was provided by David. (1st project manager). The quote was competitive but vague and we had to follow up with multiple emails in order to clarify what was covered. After some friction, our project was taken over by Robert. (2nd project manager) We are glad the project is finally completed. The end product looks amazing. Robert and his crew (Arkadiusz, Kris and Benny) did an awesome job. Here is an example of what he dealt with during our project. From the time we signed the contract to the completion of the project it took more than 8 weeks. This project supposed to be “quick”, 5 days or so. At one point, we had a covered hole in the side of our house for two weeks due to a problem with a new window order. If it wasn’t for Robert and his hard working crew, we probably would have looked for another company half way through the job. Robert was always reachable, via email, text or phone. He would visit us upon request and we never felt like he was trying to avoid us. This gave us a big peace of mind, especially due to our extensive delays. We want to once again point out that the issues relating to our project were not of workmanship and quality as the final product is amazing. We wanted to express our gratitude to Robert, Arkadiusz, Kris and Benny for all the hard work. Robert and his crew: 10/10 stars Company experience: 3/10 stars

We needed to replace our blinds as the original were flaking and falling apart. We contacted several companies but in the end decided to give our business to Sky Blinds. Ben was great, knowledgeable and professional. We knew what we wanted so when he arrived all we did is measurements. Once our blinds were ready Ben and another employee did a great job with removal and installation of the new blinds. We are very happy with their service!!!

Our 6 patio steps didn’t have any railings. We were concerned that someone might slip and fall. We contacted several companies and got estimates. Pino from Aluma Rail was great! He gave us an accurate quote right from the start. Although ours was a small job they were able to accommodate us and rushed the order. Once the rails were manufactured we got a call and Aluma Rail installers were able to do the job in the back while we were away. The rails look amazing and the installers did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Our AC would not start. I have used Reliable in the past and contacted them without any hesitation. They were able to accommodate us on the same day we called. Jamie and Damian called just before arriving. They were friendly and professional. They quickly pinpointed the problem with our aging A/C and fixed it. I would highly recommend Reliable. After getting several estimates we selected Gold Seal Caulking and we were not disappointed. Michael (the owner) was great from start to finish. He was very easily reached by email and maintained excellent communication. This works well for me as i am not always able to talk on the phone. The day we initially scheduled work it ended up raining. Michael promptly contacted me and we selected an alternative day with out any hassles. Michael and his team arrived early and completed the job in just few hours. They were very friendly, professional and answered all our question before and after the work was done. We would highly recommend Michael and his team to others looking for fair price and professional job!!!

We needed to replace our front porch pillars as they were rotten. We contacted R and R Restoration & Renovations for a quote. Shortly after initial contact Ray provided us with a detailed estimate on the spot. We selected the type and color of pillars and waited for the work to commence. Ray was great with communication by phone and email. The day before work started Ray called us and confirmed all details pertaining to next day’s work. Two installers arrived the next day and did excellent work. They were courteous, accommodating and professional. We would definitely recommend Ray and his team to others!

This was the second time i used AC Appliance Repair. Rick was able to take a look at our malfunctioning LG washer same day i called. After a quick diagnosis it was determined that a new water valve was necessary. The part was ordered and with in few days just before Christmas we had the washer up and running like new. I am sure I will use them again in the future. Great work, reliable and fast!!!

I have used Reliable Home Comfort several times. I find Reliable to provide excellent service to their customers that’s fair and honest. My calls and emails were attended promptly in a professional manner. We scheduled a visit for A/C Maintenance. Rob arrived on time as agreed upon and conducted a detailed inspection. He checked the coolant levels and AC performance. He was very informative and didn’t mind being asked lots of questions. I am extremely satisfied by the service provided today by Reliable Home Comfort and would used them again!!!

Our valves under the kitchen sink started to drip. We called ExpressRooter and arranged next day appointment. Over night i got frustrated with the amount of water that was dripping and constant changing of bowls filled with water. I decided to tighten the valves my self. In the morning Vlad give me a call before coming. Vlad was polite, professional and friendly. He looked at the valves and said that i did a good job and no work was necessary. I really respect the honesty and professionalism from him and ExpressRooter. I will definitely call them again for any future problems.

I called AC Appliance Repair as our ice dispenser stopped working. Rick gave me few suggestion over the phone to fix the problem. However the problem appeared to be elsewhere. We booked an appointment for the next day. When Rick arrived at my home he was prompt, polite and professional. He diagnosed two possibilities either the motor was seized or frozen. He suggested to defrost the freezer in order to see if the motor will release while he prices out the replacement option. After defrosting for few hours the ice dispenser motor started to work. I have to say that Rick also help at no extra charge with a small leak under the kitchen sink. Thanks for great work!

I called Dodds Garage Door Systems Inc after noticed my door was making a lot of noise. Making the appointment through their call center was easy. The next day I received a call 30 min before technicians arrival as agreed. John quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a fair quote. I am very happy with his workmanship and professionalism. I would recommend Dodds to anyone!

After calling Reliable Home Comfort I was advised that their technician would get in touch with me. Shortly after i received a call from Leroy ,we arranged the time for the visit. Leroy arrived promptly at the agreed time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was fast and thorough, talking us through each step of identifying the problem. Leroy provided us with an estimate and it was reasonable. He did not have the parts on hand to repair the furnace but was able to do get them and complete the repairs the next day.

We selected LBP Heating and Air Conditioning as we have used their services in the past and we were very satisfied with their work. Leroy arrived promptly at the agreed time and quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out that our heat exchanger was faulty and leaking. He was fast and thorough, talking us through each step of identifying the problem. Leroy did not have the parts on hand to repair the furnace but was able to do get them and complete the repairs the next day. I would recommend LBP Heating and Air Conditioning.

Philip thanks you for all your help!!! We moved from one end of the city to the other and Philip has made that as stress free as possible. Knowing that we had a lot of boxes Philip brought 2 trucks with him and two extra helpers. They wrapped and took great care with all our belongings. They were quick, highly motivated and worked very hard. Additional Philip was kind enough to help us take some things to the garbage disposal at the end of the day. Our family is very thankful for finding these guys and choosing them to help us with our move.

We hired the dream team Paul and Joe for the second time to do duct cleaning at our new home. Once again both Paul and Joe did exceptional work. The things that they were able to pull out of those ducts always amazes me. They showed up on time and did an amazing job! During the cleaning we had 3 other contractors at our place and everyone coordinated amazingly. Thanks again for excellent work! We will call you again in few years!!!!

There isn't much I can say that hasn't been said already. I called Reliable Home Comfort on Sunday night after I found water pooling under my furnace. After few hours Leroy, called me back to schedule a morning visit for Tuesday. He has been very professional and accommodating to my schedule. On Tuesday morning Leroy called me 30 min before arriving and then once more when he was 10 minutes out. Leroy found a clogg and cleared it. He did an excellent job and was very professional. I am very satisfied with the company. I would recommend Reliable Home Comfort to any one looking.

CAPPS: Very professional, great customer service, excellent work quality, fair price. That's what I would say to anyone who asked me what I thought about the company and the work they did at my house. I have had my ducts cleaned in the past and I couldn't believe the difference between the two jobs. The two technicians (Paul and Joe) that came to my house the day of the appointment were very honest, polite and EXTREMELY hard working. Paul and Joe offered us ear protection in case we found the noise to loud. They educated us about how they work and what is involved in the cleaning process. They were friendly and approachable. These guys found pieces of tiles and debris from the builders in my duct system. * keep in mind I had other companies do the job at the house before. They exceeded my expectations, and we will refer them to all my friends. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
