Vahn was very thorough and professional. When I saw the report all I have to say is wow!! Was amazed at everything it included. It even had pictures, diagrams and time frames to let me know if something had to be done immediately or if it could wait - which was great for me in trying to determine which issues I had to prioritize. I also got the seller to reduce the price after what he had found. Can't recommend them enough!!

This was our first home purchase and having a complete home inspection was important to us. Vahn arrived on time was extremely patient with all our questions and his attention to detail is impeccable. He check the roof and it is our understanding that not many home inspectors pull out ladders and go up on the roof and he did not rush through our home. He explained each step of his process and gave us a sense of security about our home, His report is amazing, it has the same attention to detail he gave our home during his inspection with photos of the areas we need to pay attention to and we received it the same day in the evening as our inspection.
