Vahn did a great job on home pre-purchase buyers inspection.
He went through every detail with me and gave me plenty information and tips during inspection. He spent 3 hours for inspection and found out few issues which I couldn't find out before those problems arise.
So I could negotiated with seller and settled with $20K from the seller.
