We just bought our second home and have again used Solex Group for our home inspection. It was a no brainer for us; Vahn is very professional & accommodating, he broke things down so we understood the potential issues/risks with our new home.

Thanks for the great feedback Andy. It's nice to be appreciated....my reports typically take 1 to 2 hrs to complete after the inspection on-site. Sure it's nice to get a report after the inspection right on site (I used to do that for many years). But bottom line, a quality report takes time to prepare. Lots of photos, illustrations, recommendations with time frames, a summary, and various relevant documents/articles are included to make a great report.
