Vahn was very patient and thorough in explaining the service. The level of detail of the inspection, report and time spent explaining the things the builder did not was awesome and well worth the investment. Service was performed as scheduled, on time and report was prepared in a short amount of time capturing the details of the inspection, well organised and full of helpful links and tips.
The appliance call back registration was an added bonus.
The experience of purchasing our first new build was a little overwhelming and Vahn's walkthrough and inspection has taken a lot of that anxiety. Thank you for everything!
