Vahn took enough time to guide us in terms of knowing the property.
We already purchased our first home without inspection when market was hot.
As a first time home owner we wanted to know about house and what are the things we need to look for when we might face any issue in near future.
He was being very patient and took his time to make sure we will understand (English is not our first language). We found some immediate issues that we need to work on and I feel great that now we know what is our next step will be.
