We made an offer on a house whose seller did not disclose critical defect in pluming. Had Mr. Vahn not identified the problem on the day of inspection, we might have proceeded with the deal and this would have costed us dearly later. Mr Vahn's professional conduct was beyond impressive and I would recommend the company to anybody.
