Very happy with Vahn's inspection. This is actually the second time we hired him for the inspection and he also did pre-sale inspection for our old home. Vahn is professional, knowledgeable and thorough, he updated me in stages during the process so that I am informed about the issues. He is very easy going and answers all of my questions.The best thing I love is that he generates beautiful and easy to understand inspection reports.
