Can I shed some light on my inspection reports? From what I've been told, the quality of my reports are another aspect of my service that impress my clients. It's a full colour, easy to read (no messy handwriting) digital report (PDF format) that contains photos, illustrations & diagrams to help explain issues better, my recommendation with time frames on any repairs/corrections/upgrades/etc, a home renovation cost guide as well as other supplementary documents specific to the inspection findings. There are active "live" links to additional detailed information when a term is highlighted in blue (I call it the home encyclopaedia containing hundreds of pages). I also have a summary page at the front with what I feel are the major issues.
