Dave was straightforward and flexible. He also looked for ways to make this project the best, rather than ways to make it more expensive. I got several quotes for this job, and while Dave's was not the lowest, it was the one that gave me the most confidence. Other foundation companies came in lower, but after asking around, I heard that many underquote and then overcharge. The final cost with Dave came in almost exactly to the quote, which almost never happens. Also, even his competitors said that he does good work when asked. The basement is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave Marcotte Foundations.

Dave and his amazing crew did our foundation that had cracked and caused a lot of damage. After feeling extremely discouraged by what two other local companies were telling us what needed to be done and the estimate to do it, we called Dave Marcotte.
The difference in his approach and the way he explained things to us was unbelievable. There was no pressure tactic, no BS and just straight up honesty from Dave. It was such a relief to know that the repair was going to be thousands less. He completed most of the job in December and last week came to do the finishing touches. Water seepage into basement bedroom which was assessed by another company and reported possible blocked footing and damage to weeping tiles. Called Dave Marcotte Foundation for a second opinion. He arrived same day, sent a worker in to remove drywall and was able to pin point the problem. Cracks sealed the following Monday.

Fast service. Reliable quote. Excellent crew - on time, thorough, efficient, and tidy. They hand dug out the area that needed repair, carried all the dirt to their truck via wheelbarrow over plywood laid down so the lawn would not be damaged, patched the crack and left it to dry for two days (placed heavy plywood over the area so people or animals could not fall in the hole), returned to cover the patch with waterproof membrane, backfilled the hole with new crushed stone and soil, installed a new window well and left everything perfect! What else can you say. Job well done and I would recommend this firm to anyone. 5 stars

Our basement would leak in heavy rainfalls where the main basement wall met the garage wall. Jessie was able to give me an accurate estimate to excavate, waterproof, install membrane and back fill with crushed stone working from measurements and photo's I supplied him. The team worked very efficiently to complete the job in under a day and a half and we are very pleased with the work done. This is the second job we've had done by Dave's business and I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone looking for good quality foundation work.

Excellent service and workmanship! I had a crack in my foundation and Dave Marcotte Foundations was recommended to me by a friend. Dave was able to assess the damage, walk me through the work involved, and provide an accurate price quote. He was able to schedule and make the repairs within a couple of days of when I first contacted him. Dave removed the interior wall framing, made the crack repair, and re-installed the wall framing with no mess! He was also able to take some time with me and provide his recommendations for other concerns I had around my foundation. Professional, reliable, excellent customer service!
