Dave is personal and professional. He arrived in a timely manner, explained the issues we were facing and provided excellent service. Prices are very reasonable.

This is the second job that Dave has done for us. I have found him to be excellent value in that his price is competitive and his workmanship excellent and he is fast He is a specialist in foundations and it shows.

We recently had some water come in our basement for the first time in our 120+ year old home. We called DM foundations and Dave came within 48 hours and we explained what we witnessed as we had also noticed water over the sewer and storm back water valve. He kindly answered all of our questions suggesting that we do this in steps. He was very thorough, meticulous, and provided expert advice leaving everything very tidy after each step. The last step we did was a pit test since we had no idea if our old house had been waterproofed. This guy makes a living waterproofing houses and he honestly told us that we didnt need anything more than what we already had and that the issue had nothing to do with our foundation. He gave us a detailed report which really helped with our insurance which we were very grateful for.

I worked with DM foundation's team recently for the enlargement of a window opening in the basement. Dave, Jesse, and the team communicated very well and efficiently and kindly answered all my technical and non-technical questions before, during, and after the work was done. They coordinated with the city inspector and documented the work for the post-inspection. They were professional, respectful, patient, tidy and did a great job. It was a pleasure to work with such a fantastic team.

We have a 110 year old house that had been having periodic water leaks thru the (stone) foundation into the basement, in some springtimes. We also feared that after 110 years one cannot really know what the state of a houses' foundation might be in but that it was probably in need of a reboot.

To address our our water issues, and to be sure that the house could stand securely for another 100 years, we called Dave Jesse and the team to do footing, waterproofing, weeping tile & parging work all around our house.

They did a great job. They were on time (ie they started on the date that they promised us), they were on budget, they worked through some very crappy weather and got it done within their pre-prescribed timeline. To sum it up in layman's terms: They are pros. These are the guys to call when you need your foundation dealt with.

THE WORK CONSISTED OF:
1) Excavate to allow for new window enlargement size.
2) Concrete cut to enlarged new window size.
3) Supply and install new corrugated steel window well
4) Back fill for well.
5) Parging around window.
6) Interior wall finishing.
The work was done in a very clean and professional manner.
