I chose waterworks after another company had looked at our problem and wasn't able to offer an adequate solution. We had a pipe that was leaking directly from the bathroom into our kitchen, not a very pleasant situation. The previous company had suggested gutting our bathroom and our kitchen ceiling. With two weeks go till Christmas this wasn't a very feasible solution. Todd was very professional and worked very hard to solve our issue, Giving us an excellent interim solution.
