Will with Drain Com arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment. Will is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and has excellent people skills. He explained his thoughts on why my kitchen sink in my Condo was backing up. There was absolutely no pressure put on me to proceed with the work. Will walked me through the work and provided a very concise write-up of the work completed and his synopsis. This is extremely helpful when dealing with Property Management and in the unfortunate event of Insurance claims. From Will to the very nice lady I spoke with over the phone I highly recommend Drain Com. Any future plumbing issues and I will not hesitate to contact Will.
