He explained his thoughts on why my kitchen sink in my Condo was backing up. There was absolutely no pressure put on me to proceed with the work. Will walked me through the work and provided a very concise write-up of the work completed and his synopsis. This is extremely helpful when dealing with Property Management and in the unfortunate event of Insurance claims. I contacted MWAR and they were able to visit the very next day. Oleg arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, quick, pleasant and extremely personable. He walked me through the repair of my GE Refrigerator and explained what the problem was. I highly recommend MWAR. There is a reason they have no poor reviews. Moving forward any repairs needed around my homes will be dealt with by Oleg and MWAR.
