I had to coordinate with the city as well as Draincom to turn off the water and replace the main water shut off valve into a rental property. Much thanks to Santina from Draincom in helping me schedule this, as I had to go back and forth with the city many times because the city kept changing the timeframes. She helped keep everything straight. It would have been fairly easy to bungle in a miscommunication.

Once the scheduled date arrived, Will from Draincom called at 7:45am to tell me he was on his way. Usually when I get this call, it is because the contractor will be late. Not Will. He arrived promptly at the scheduled 8am time, which was great since the city said they wouldn't wait for the plumber if he wasn't on time. Will completed the replacement of the valve, waited for the city to come back to turn on the water, and insured there was no leaking. He was extremely polite and courteous, and more than willing to answer any questions I had. As far as payment, the bill was exactly what was quoted. No hidden upcharges or fees. Not even for waiting for the city to come back to turn on the water, which was a 2 hour window.

I would highly recommend Draincom. From first call at reception through to job completion, they were very professional, but perhaps most importantly, they actually seem to care. That quality rarely exists these days.
