I have been using Joe on various rental properties for quite a number of years now. He is always prompt, will give you a price up front, and will tell you exactly how he can help you. What’s great about Joe is the variety of tasks that he can cover from minor electrical, fairly serious plumbing issues, drywall, cabinet and counter install, eaves repair, etc. You name it, and Joe can likely do it, and do it well. If he can save you money, he will tell you a better alternative also. And you don’t need to schedule 10 different contractors to do the work Joe can do by himself. He is also highly trustworthy. I have given him the lockbox code to properties so he can complete jobs more efficiently without me having to be on site. He always locks up and makes sure the house is secure. I would never do this with just any contractor. I’m certain I will be using him for years to come and have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending him for any task that you need completed in a timely fashion.

I had to coordinate with the city as well as Draincom to turn off the water and replace the main water shut off valve into a rental property. Much thanks to Santina from Draincom in helping me schedule this, as I had to go back and forth with the city many times because the city kept changing the timeframes. She helped keep everything straight. It would have been fairly easy to bungle in a miscommunication. Once the scheduled date arrived, Will from Draincom called at 7:45am to tell me he was on his way. Usually when I get this call, it is because the contractor will be late. Not Will. He arrived promptly at the scheduled 8am time, which was great since the city said they wouldn't wait for the plumber if he wasn't on time. Will completed the replacement of the valve, waited for the city to come back to turn on the water, and insured there was no leaking. He was extremely polite and courteous, and more than willing to answer any questions I had. As far as payment, the bill was exactly what was quoted. No hidden upcharges or fees. Not even for waiting for the city to come back to turn on the water, which was a 2 hour window. I would highly recommend Draincom. From first call at reception through to job completion, they were very professional, but perhaps most importantly, they actually seem to care. That quality rarely exists these days.

I had laminate flooring installed in one of my rental properties. The flooring looked great, but there were some small issues with the new baseboards. Mukesh took care of everything as he had promised and even ripped out and replaced all of the baseboards. Looks spectacular now! I also ordered several large area rugs for my own home, which were delivered in a timely fashion. The rug selection is not huge, but the styles that Mukesh has chosen to display are varied and tasteful. I searched far and wide and I don't think their prices for rugs can be bettered anywhere else.
