We are doing some renovations and needed some furniture removed.
The furniture was removed carefully causing no damage to the walls, etc. They were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service, always fast at responding and get work done efficiently. I will definitely hire them again and refer them to my family and friends.

The movers were very professional and courteous, no question about that, but I do not think they had they the experience or the strength to work as a team to move the item (wine fridge). I was very concerned for their safety as well as for the safety of my home being damaged during the removal. It was eventually removed safely but I do not think the company properly trains and prepares the staff to do this work. I would hesitate to call 1 800 Got Junk again or recommend them for this reason. This type of work is not just simple manual labour, it requires skill and planning and safety should be the number one priority for all. I was very surprised and disappointed as a result of this experience and I am concerned for the safety of the staff and other customers.

The guys were super accommodating and helpful. I would recommend Got Junk to more people within my community. It was positive and useful experience. I am going to recommend co workers and myself use Got Junk again in the future.

I have used this company in the past and have been happy with their service... until today. We had removed our old plywood deck and called this company to come and pick it up. On the phone I was told to expect a bill of about $360.00. When they arrived I was quoted $660.00!!! I said that I certainly couldn't afford that and please take what you can for $300.00. Well, they've left, I'm out $300.00, and I still have a huge pile of junk left in my yard! They barely took a thing. So frustrated. It's a hot day and the guys didn't feel like doing the work. Won't be hiring this company again, way too expensive! I wish I would have just hired a smaller company.

Jevi and Christian just picked up our old couches and metal swing. Interfaith furniture wouldn't take them - too heavy. They said they would be taking them to be donated. So friendly and helpful! I have not used 1-800-GOT JUNK before but I certainly will use them again. Every person I dealt with was friendly and explained their services- great ambassadors for the company!

Shane and Scott are awesome team. They called and gave me a 30 minutes windows of arrival and be there on time. Everything is explained clearly and things got all cleaned up at my garage including sweeping the floor. Very happy with the excellent services
