We are always impressed with the staff who come by to load up our junk. They’re respectful and very efficient.

Ethan and Alex were real pros. We’ve had 1-800-Got-Junk in the past and we would definitely hire them again when the need arises.

Christian (sorry if that is the incorrect spelling) was super friendly and quick at getting my couches out and into the truck. I would use this company again and I would specifically request this employee back.

The staff were very efficient and knowledgeable. After a quick review of my place they provided an estimate. The two employees decided on how to do the job, then quickly got to work and the job was done very quickly.

Jeremy and Alex were great; they were very polite and accommodating. Finished loading a whole truck load in 1 1/2 hours. Great customer service and very sociable. We had no problems, thanks guys!

The Guys at 1 800 Got Junk were thorough, efficient and very polite. They quoted me a reasonable price and were well within this price range. I would definitely recommend them or use them personally again. Way to go guys!

These guys were on time, willing to go the extra mile and polite. I would definately use them again. We had a very heavy and difficult treadmill and they had to disassemble it to get it out of the door. We appreciated their work.

The guys doing today’s pick up were prompt and efficient.

They were mindful of the pictures on the wall and the light fixtures.

I was in a bind so I didn’t have a lot of options so I used the company even though the price was totally ridiculous for the amount of junk I had. I think it would have been way cheaper to just rent a truck and get rid of the junk myself. Aside from the price the employees were very professional and nice to deal with.

The two young gentleman were polite and efficient and explain things very well. However my mind was preoccupied and when they went over the price I thought it was 200+. I am sure they explained the other cost however when I went to put my visa through and it was over 400 I was a little shocked. Just a tip would be after they’ve gone over the price to say your total will be.....

Efficient good service a little pricey

The 2 gentlemen that arrive were FANTASTIC!
They filled the truck with everything that we had for them. I wasvvery impressed and would highly recommend this service to anyone .
They were very polite and personable!!
