Polite Employees but Ridiculous Prices

I was in a bind so I didn’t have a lot of options so I used the company even though the price was totally ridiculous for the amount of junk I had. I think it would have been way cheaper to just rent a truck and get rid of the junk myself. Aside from the price the employees were very professional and nice to deal with.
