-I paid for this service is a Brick Warranty who have contracted TransGlobal. Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from the Brick in 2013. Bought Warranty from the Brick to cover repair/replacement. Service calls involve: phoning Brick; TransGlobal gets back to you - they set a day-being home that day so they can call in the morning (8-9)- they tell you what time within a 3 hour window in the morning or afternoon- they have come at the end of the 3 hour window so if they call in the morning and the window is int he afternoon that means I waited until 2:50 for someone to arrive-they come-I take everything out of fridge-defrost fridge-service person will look at it -may or may not make functional repair that time-may just look-service person leaves-I clean fridge-I put everything back. Am to receive another service call Wed. Aug. 9th - was asked to defrost fridge prior to their coming. Last time metal tool box and tools put right on new tile floor (I had provided a very large carpet) 4 X6 foot.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought a dishwasher from The Brick in November of 2014 and it broke down about a month after. It is now August 2015 and we still do not have a working dishwasher. They have made 9 attempts to fix it with no success. They have ordered the wrong part but accused us of ordering the wrong parts!!! The worst part is that The Brick nor Samsung don't care. Don't ever buy a product that has Trans Global as the repair company.

I had appointment set for today, told they would call me between 8-10 to tell me a time. Was told if technician didn't call me by 10:30 to they them and they would contact technician. Well 10:30 came and went and I called to tell them. Technician called me and said he would be here between 3-5 and I agreed that would be fine. It's 5:16 called Transglobal to tell them no call from technician and no show. To be told to wait till 6 and see if he calls or shows if no show to call back to schedule another appointment. Are they kidding me? I have been home all day waiting for this guy, I have a washing machine that is a year and a half old no longer under warrant, and I have to pay this guy $100 to look at at plus set up another appointment date and go to a laundry mat to do my laundry. This is the worse service imagable on top of the worse washing machine I have ever purchased.

Worst experience ever. Technician came out to do a diagnosis and he had no clue. Guessed that it was the drain pump. Ordered the pump and I later set up an appointment to have it replaced. Serviceman never showed for the scheduled appointment so I called the office 3 times. I left the technician a message as well. No phone calls were returned. Save your time and money and call a company that believes in customer service. Too bad I didn't read these reviews first because I never would have had him come in the first place. Worst experience ever. First warranty call was handled with mistakes at every step, technician sent, had no clue, stayed on my driveway on his cellphone. No diagnostic, no idea where to look for Serial Number. Didn't know how to open it. Second appointment brought a buddy who was more knowledgeable, took it apart and realize they have the wrong parts. No diagnostic again, they only know to order parts - all of them possible. After a trunk load of parts, replacing all the circuit boards possible, at the third appointment they make it work. After 2 weeks broke again, same error, same issue. Now it's broken again after a month and the new technician sent on the second warranty call came today with the wrong parts. Clueless as well. He left after 5 min doing nothing. 6 weeks ordeal, no escalation point, no recourse, they held you for ransom at their will. Considering lawyers and going through the courts.
Stay away from Sears Canada and TransGlobal Services - disgusting service, worst customer experience.

I bought a new Kenmore frig through Sears. Two weeks after getting it, the fan broke. I called Transglobal as they have the contract for Sears appliance repairs and it took them 3 days to come out. No issue with the repairman. The fan was broken and I was told it would be a rush order. Might take up to a week to get it. The next day, the company called me to say it would take 2 months to get this one part for a new frig. They said that they would mark it "urgent" No other help was offered. We have a family of 5 with no refrigerator for 2 months? For one lousy part? How is this even possible in this day and age. At this point, I would say that you would be wise to check out who is the repair company for any new appliance that you buy. If it's this company, walk away and buy an appliance from another company with a real repair company behind it. Don't call this company for any of your appliance repairs. You will only be disappointed.

They make big promises after 5 1/2 weeks with no dryer for a family of 5 it would have been cheaper not to have there warranty and to have purchases a new dryer

They came to repair .They charge me 95$ for inspection and 80$ for repair which was very unfair and even more than the parts. I checked with to other service center and all of them said that when they repair they will not double charge for repair and dignosis.

Bought ext warranty from Brick for dishwasher not even two years old and leaking. Live in GTA have to wait for service centre in Edmonton to open - two hours difference. Women doesn't believe we have warranty and says the tech will verify - what utter nonsense. This is Friday and no same day or weekend service - have to wait until Monday. Even then no confirmed appointment. Won't buy from the Brick again and avoid Trans Global at all costs. Couldn't even pronounce her name - Ranjit or something similar.

Not a very good customer service at all. I regret ever buying this washer and dryer at the Brick in Weston & 401 in Toronto. They broke less then a year old. Transglobal is worst ever
