I would recommend Ambia Windows to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors. I received a very competitive quote from Tony who was very patient, courteous, and professional in explaining what needed to be done and the best part not being pushy. The installers he sent by the name of Alex & Omar were truly professional and did not rush the job and even asking us at all times if it looked good to us. They were very courteous which is very hard to find for workers. Definitely ask to have them install your windows.

A few weeks ago my teenage son had a party and one of his friends broke my front window. I called Ambia Windows and they came. They took 2 hours and the window was fixed. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants speedy service at a excellent price.

We opted to replace a number of windows in our house and wanted a slightly more decorative option. Our neighbor had recently had her windows replaced by Ambia and referred them to us. Tony was extremely helpful and offered the best quote. We were thrilled with the results and would absolutely recommend Ambia.

Had 11 new windows and a patio door installed by Ambia last year. Waited for after the Winter and Spring to confirm that the windows, installation and workmanship held up for the first season. At this point in time, we are very happy with the windows and to have dealt with Ambia. They were on the higher end of quotes, but Michael was very knowledgeable and followups were prompt. The installation was completed in a timely and professional basis. We do not have anyone to compare against Ambia, but based on our experience, we would recommend Ambia to our friends and family.

Michael had a very straight forward and honest product presentation. He never tried to upsell extra window features like other quotes did. Tony and the install crew were very fast and very clean and did a tidy job on the trim and capping as well. He was also able to provide a free solution to fill a space in the facia which was left by the old windows. Another company quoted an extra $1000 to do what Tony did for free. We noticed a huge improvement in heating after the replacement and the new windows look great. This is our second time using them and will be back for future projects.

We had Ambia replace most of the windows on our semi-detached older home early in December.
From the beginning to end I have been very happy with this company. Michael the sales person from the company is very knowledgeable, and gave an incredibly detailed presentation of his company and window choices. He was easily available for consults by my wife and I while we made a decision.
Igor and his colleague who did the installation were very hard working, focused and knowledgeable. They were able to address concerns as they arose on an old house like ours and were very friendly during the job.
Michael came by on the day of the install and went over the installation with my wife.
One of the things I wanted from a company was to deal with people who would respond to any future concerns, as there are always a few things that need to be addressed in a big job. Michael and the owner Tony responded very fast and have proved to be a client focused company, executing excellent customer service.
I wanted a company that I could trust if there were ever any concerns down the road and I have no doubt that they are that they are the type of company that will stick with us in the future if there are issues.
The windows look awesome and have made huge difference in our home both in the winter and now in the spring. Our furnace was on far less and the house is much quieter.

Ambia is a great company to deal with , they came quickly to give an estimate and take measurements and also installed the doors a day earlier than scheduled. The patio doors look AMAZING!!! I've never written one of these before but these guys were great! They came to our house with zero cost or obligation on our part and patiently allowed us to flip flop on the many options we had to pick from to replace our front and back doors. Their staff installed both doors in one quick day and were very good about keeping an eye out for the cat! Fast, professional and the doors look amazing. Most importantly the draft that ran though our house is now a thing of the past.
