Ambia Windows And Doors Inc.

We moved in to our house last summer and knew some work had to be done. Our biggest concern was the previous owners used an interior door leading to the backyard, causing lots of cold air to come into the house over the winter. I did some searching online and found Ambia through this site.
I've been in customer service now for over 10 years and Ambia provides exceptional service from start to finish. I saw some big budget jobs on here and was concerned, but Tony never treated me any different just because the job was smaller.

I've been dealing with Tony since the beginning and he has been fantastic. Very prompt to respond to emails, gave me an excellent quote and all dates and times were met perfectly.

The door went on today, and it looks amazing. Omar and Alex (I believe) were very courteous and right on time (actually they were early). The laid down sheets so they didn't make a mess and cleaned up the little mess they made in the backyard.

Tony visited to make sure everything went well and even helped out the installers clean up.

Very happy with the service from start to finish, I highly recommend Ambia and will be returning to them for my future work!

After getting a few different quotes I chose AMBIA to complete the install of all windows on the upper floor of my house. Michael was very helpful during the initial meeting and spent almost two hours with me going through all of the information. Michael and Tony both stopped by my place during the installation to make sure everything was ok. The installers, Alex and Omar, did a great job. They were very professional and cleaned up at the end of every day. After getting 4 other quotes I chose Ambia Windows and Doors because after meeting with Michael I felt that he was very knowledgeable about the product he sells. Even though the job was done in the middle of winter the installers Frank and Joe did a great job, they were very neat, and left the house clean at the end of each day. Ambia did replace all windows/sliding doors in our newly renovated home. The entire team was very professional and helpful (Michael & Tony - Quote and Service; Igor - Installation). Michael even stopped by during the installation and at the Window Wise even performed a live inspection and all was to specs. Job well done!

We recently had 28 windows installed in our house by Ambia Windows and Doors. They provided an excellent product and service at a reasonable cost. All the people we interacted with, from start to finish, were friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional. Michael met with us initially. He answered all our questions, made some very helpful suggestions, and drew up the contract. Frank and his crew installed the windows on the agreed-upon days with a minimum of disruption and came back promptly when a few post-installation adjustments had to be made. Michael and Frank were exceptional in their attention to detail, ensuring that all the specifications for the different windows were correct and what we wanted and, when all the work was completed, that we were happy with the results. We are very satisfied with our new windows and would highly recommend Ambia.

We needed a single window replaced. Most companies I called (ones rated highly on this site) didn't bother returning my calls or disappeared after coming to the house and seeing the small scale of the project. Ambia was honest and said that they'd be happy to do the work but it would take some time as they'd want to coordinate it with a larger job they're doing in my neighbourhood.

A short while later the installers dropped by to take precise measurements and a couple of weeks later we booked a day and they did installed a beautiful window in only about an hour.

I'll be using them again to get more windows replaced.
