This is the second time that Joe has been called to our house to help Recently I heard sounds in our back room which is an addition on our house, and I saw that something was trying to get through our ceiling. I was quite concerned about an animal getting in the house and Joe came right away on a Saturday. I didn't hesitate in calling Joe again because the last time he was here I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the services. Again he did not disappoint. Over the years we have dealt with a few other companies and Joe is the most skilled I have ever seen. It's not the most pleasant thing to have to call the pest guy to deal with this sort of thing and I must say that we quite enjoyed having Joe at our house. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a great communicator. He helps develop clear and focused plans to deal with pests. Joe ended up finding a very hidden hole by accessing our roof off the neighbour's yard, where squirrels were getting in. Nothing stops this guy. He put up trapdoors and then came back exactly when he said to patch things up and even did a few other preventative measures around the house, that we asked him to do, without hesitating. I certainly don't want to have to call an exterminator but I have to say that having Joe in the house is like watching a reality TV show. He'd be great on reality show if there's any TV producers looking for a guy like this. I know that we are going to have to deal with pests here and there over the years in our old house so it really is comforting to know that we can call him. Joe is really committed to helping his customers. He doesn't give up on problem-solving. His prices are extremely fair and he is upfront about things.

The job was tricky because of snow and ice build up in the winter. There were also access issues to contend with however the neighbor was on board and the hole was found. The area was located in between two extensions and only visible from the neighbors back yard. Also, it was a tight squeeze and after removing the one -way door I used cement and closed the opening along withe one inch mesh. The mesh was fine however water and insects could easily penetrate the opening. Having dealt with many pests it has become all to common that wildlife guys that install mesh for raccoons and squirrels forget that other pests can get in via the 1 inch mesh areas left behind. Many times I will go to a home that had experienced a raccoon issue to now find they have mice a year later. Thanks guys.Joe
