I sent an email to Ambia, Tony quickly responded and discussed the situation over emails and phones. A couple days later, Johnathan came to the house with parts and fixed the handle. It was very smooth to get the problem fixed during the pandemic lock down. I really appreciate that they are still standing behind their service 9 year later.
