I hired Ambia to replace my windows in 2012. 9 years later, one of the handles fell apart and the window cannot open anymore. I sent an email to Ambia, Tony quickly responded and discussed the situation over emails and phones. A couple days later, Johnathan came to the house with parts and fixed the handle. It was very smooth to get the problem fixed during the pandemic lock down. I really appreciate that they are still standing behind their service 9 year later. I strongly recommend this company for windows and doors installation.

I have talked with a few companies before meeting Michael and I was impressed by his knowledge and the willingness of fulfilling our needs. I was impressed again when I saw the detailed estimate so it was not a hard decision to make to work with Ambia. When it came to installation, Eugene and his team did an excellent job and was very easy to work with. Now I have 12 beautiful new vinyl windows and never need to worry about the train noise waking me up at the midnight again.
