I bought an older home this past May in the Brampton area for a reasonable price. I say reasonable price because it was in need of some much needed renovations. I did some research but couldn't find excellent work for a fair price. A good friend of mine put me in contact with Scott and I am so grateful for his referral. Scott and his colleagues did and amazing job with the project. Since we hadn't moved in yet I just gave Scott a spare key and an alarm code so he could freely come and go as he need to. His work involved some minor electrical and plumbing, brand new pot lights, crown molding and floor sanding through living room and upper floor, a gut job reno of our upstairs bathroom which turned out phenomenal, brand new fence with swinging door along the side deck, hardware installation and an entire paint job. From start to finish the project took 6 weeks but because of my new job and constant indecisiveness I'm confident that the project could have been completed in half that time. He was also able to help me insulate my attic this past week. I will be reaching out to Scott next year for a powder room makeover. Thank you so much Scott!

Scot is quite ingenious in 'making things fit', and Brian is one of the most careful and meticulous tradespeople I've met.

They worked on a time and materials basis, but were always mindful of the time they were taking. Cleanup at the end of each day was the norm, and they always asked if things were going as I expected.

I highly recommend them.

Scott is the owner and 'master craftsman'. He initially provided me with an estimate exactly along the lines I wanted (detailed costs for all supplies, fixtures, etc, and a detailed estimate of the labour.

More importantly, as the job progressed, I made many minor (and some major) changes to the original specs. Not only did Scott accommodate them all, he acted as a very professional consultant, advising me of the pro's and con's of the changes I wanted to make. He had a very strong 'can do' attitude, and came up with some very ingenious solutions to various problems encountered during the renovation.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, although he may be hard to get on the schedule you may want (because he's got quite a backlog of work).
