Einzig Window Cleaning

Our previous window cleaner retired a couple of years ago, so it had been a while and one of my friends recommended Cody. It was so simple and after I reached out to him, I sent him some photos of our windows and he gave me an estimate that was in line with what we'd been paying previously. We booked but of course we had that April snow on the day he was supposed to come but he got in touch right away and we agreed to reschedule. Within a week he had gotten back in touch and set up a day to come, he confirmed the day before and showed up when he said he would, important as we also wanted the interiors done. He was quick, friendly and best of all charged us slightly less than the estimate as he felt he'd overestimated how long it would take. The windows were spotless and I appreciated when he emailed the receipt promptly. His service is top notch, customer interaction is great and I like that I could text him the photos thus not having him drive over just to do an estimate and his desire to have a paper free transaction. We'll certainly have him come in the Fall and he's easy to recommend.

One afternoon there was a knock on my door. It was Cody from Einzig Window Cleaning asking permission to put his ladder on my property so that he could clean my neighbour's gutters. I asked if they had insurance. He told me they did, and brought me his business card and told me that they were on HomeStars also.
After looking them up and seeing the wonderful reviews, I not only allowed them to place their ladder on my property, but asked Cody if they had time to do my gutters too. He did.
Cody and his team were clean and polite. When he was finished, Cody came to the door and gave me a report. He said that if I just gave him my email address, he would send me an invoice that I could just pay online.
It was a pleasure doing business with you Cody! I will definitely use this company again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking to have their eavestroughs cleaned.

This is the 2nd time I used Einzig for eavestrough cleaning. I was able to get Cody and his crew to come out within a few days. They did the work quick and cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend Cody and his crew anytime.

He had to snake out the two downspouts and put a filter on the top of each.

We used Einzig several years ago and were very pleased with their work. But last year, we ended up using another company that came door-to-door offering their services for much less, but you get what you pay for. Not impressed with the results of this other company, we went back to Einzig this fall and won't use another company again. It was easy to book a convenient appointment, Cody and his team arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. We appreciate his thoroughness, professionalism and friendly attitude.

They are phenomenal. It took a little while only because we had a considerable amount of rain we had in Toronto in September, which is not common. So it turns out that every single time we had arranged for them to do the window cleaning, there was a weather event. The owner of the company contacted me. Every single time he was responsive and made sure that we knew that he couldn't send the crew out at certain days. He always rescheduled and had it done. They were punctual. They did a really good job. I would use them again. We had a previous home and have used them in our previous home. It was a good Deal, so $130 for doing the whole house was a really good price.

I have now used his services for three years for cleaning both my eaves and my windows. Cody has always been highly professional, reliable, and easy to reach. We once had a mix-up regarding some aspect of a job, and he addressed it quickly and fairly. It is also nice that he provides pre- and post-cleaning photos, so that there's clear evidence of the work that's been done. Overall, I've been very satisfied in all my interactions with Einzig, and would recommend the company to friends and family.
