Our furnace had started to make a lot of noise so we looked on Homestars for a company to help us out. A higher rated company never returned our call so we kept looking and decided on Spring Home. Tiger came out and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He explained the issue and we were advised that it would take a week or so for the part to arrive. In the interim, our furnace stopped working completely so we contacted Spring Home for an update. Cheryl was amazing, she followed up with the supplier until she got an answer and then she sent out a technician that same evening to replace the part. He worked quickly to get things up and running, and was courteous and professional. Cheryl followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. We are very pleased with Spring Home.

We used Einzig several years ago and were very pleased with their work. But last year, we ended up using another company that came door-to-door offering their services for much less, but you get what you pay for. Not impressed with the results of this other company, we went back to Einzig this fall and won't use another company again. It was easy to book a convenient appointment, Cody and his team arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. We appreciate his thoroughness, professionalism and friendly attitude.

We noticed a smell coming from the dryer, called The Duct Cleaning Specialists based on the reviews and spoke to Paul. He came out that same day and diagnosed the problem (after spending considerable time crawling under our deck and in the basement vacuuming out the vents, etc.) He found several blockages and made some repairs without wanting to charge for anything. We were impressed by his professionalism and expertise and decided to call them to schedule a duct cleaning the next month. Adrian and Marlon came out for this service and they were friendly, quick and worked as quietly as they could. Paul came back one more time to deal with a furnace issue and once again, we have no regrets about hiring his company. Only complaint we have is that not all the top-rated trades we find on Homestars are like this company.

We needed a small section (8x8ft) of carpet replaced in the basement. Mark responded immediately and came out the next day to confirm the measurements. He found a carpet that almost matched identically. His team came out several dats later and did an amazing job. They worked quickly and the end result is a seamless replacement. We are very pleased!

Based on Homestars reviews, we contacted SWAT for help with some pigeons nesting in various locations on our roof. Ken and Adrian came out two days later, on time, assessed the situation and proposed an effective solution. They removed a nest that was in a covered nook outside a second floor bathroom. and screened off the area to deter future generations. They did a fantastic job, they were quick and the screen they installed is barely visible. SWAT is coming back to install spikes along one of our eavestroughs and we have no doubt that this work will be done expertly as well.

Contacted company based on positive reviews on Homestars, was not disappointed, they were a pleasure to deal with right from the initial phone call. We used them to move some furniture and boxed items into storage for temporary period. The two guys that came were on time (even 10 minutes early), polite and best of all, quick and careful. They finished the job earlier than estimated and we do not have a single complaint. We definitely plan to use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

We noticed some water damage on the ceiling on the second floor of our house and called Mr. Roof Repair. Our call was answered immediately and they sent a technician out the following day. The technician looked at the damage, explained what he thought the source of the water damage could be and suggested a number of possible solutions. We were very happy with the service provided by Mr. Roof Repair and would recommend this company without reservations.

We needed a gas connection installed for our new BBQ. Based on the amazing reviews, we selected Reliable Home Comfort. Although initially it was difficult to schedule a date to get them out to our place (they are very busy), when we were able to work out a date, it was a job well done. The crew were quick and cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished. The price was fair. After they left, the BBQ did not work well so we called Dave and he came out with his crew over the long weekend, took the time to explain the codes to us and when we insisted that we were not happy with the performance of our BBQ, he offered to redo the entire job using a larger diameter pipe, which they did. But as it turned out, our new BBQ is defective. Many thanks to Dave and his team for going above and beyond the call to make sure that we were satisfied customers.
