It went very well. The two guys were on time, pleasant and professional. They showed me some things I needed to see in my AC unit. I would have preferred to bury my head in the sand and pretend everything was fine but I was encouraged to climb up and at least peek at unit so that I could be shown and understand the issues at hand. After things were explained to me they offered to apply the chimney sweeping voucher towards a badly needed AC unit clean up. I appreciated this because the chimney was in good shape and AC unit needed the attention much worse. They were very honest about my situation and gave me a couple of options and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They are phenomenal. It took a little while only because we had a considerable amount of rain we had in Toronto in September, which is not common. So it turns out that every single time we had arranged for them to do the window cleaning, there was a weather event. The owner of the company contacted me. Every single time he was responsive and made sure that we knew that he couldn't send the crew out at certain days. He always rescheduled and had it done. They were punctual. They did a really good job. I would use them again. We had a previous home and have used them in our previous home. It was a good Deal, so $130 for doing the whole house was a really good price.
