We contracted LivingScape in the spring of 2015 to renovate a 1963 bungalow in SW Calgary. The renovations were very extensive consisting of a complete gut of the existing house with the addition of a 2nd storey, covered front porch, new garage roof, huge deck, new concrete sidewalks, landscaping, and new fence. Essentially, when finished, it was a new custom home on an old foundation.

I found LivingScape to be excellent to work with. They were very knowledgable about all aspects of the construction including navigating through the drafting and design phase as well as the ins and outs of dealing with the City regarding Development and Building Permits. During design, LivingScape had great ideas for cost savings, while coming up with some very creative designs which we loved. Once construction began, they did an exceptional job of managing trades in a timely and efficient fashion. When challenges did arise, LivingScape worked quickly to resolve them to my satisfaction.

The entire project was completed exactly on time as promised, and even slightly under budget! I would not hesitate to recommend LivingScape to anyone for their renovation or custom home project.
