LivingScape renovated our kitchen in the summer of 2018. They made the process very simple by helping come up with a design that met our tastes and our budget. They managed the project very smoothly and seamlessly, and it was completed on time and on budget. Like our last renovation with LivingScape, we were very impressed with their group of trades. Not only were they nice people to work with, but the quality of work was excellent. It was clear from the outset that the entire team had our best interests at heart. This is our second renovation with LivingScape, and we will gladly use them again should we decide on further upgrades in the future.

We enjoyed working with the team of Maureen and Pat. They had creative, thoughtful ideas and were easy to work with. The project was completed within the time frame and done professionally. Craftsmanship, accuracy and pride reflects in their work. We would defiantly work with them again and refer them to others.

Pat and Maureen were great to work with. They were punctual, professional and were on top of every detail. Their trades they used were also professional and showed up when they said they would. Any time I had a question or concern, either Pat or Maureen would respond back promptly. They listened to me and made my vision become a reality (which turned out better then I even imagined).
They made made this renovation the most stress-free renovation I have ever done. I would definitely use them again in the future.

LivingScape performed a basement renovation for us in June, 2017. First of all I just want to say we were extremely pleased with their handling of the job, the attention to detail and the workmanship. We were also very impressed with how seamlessly the project ran. LivingScape’s team of trades are all a bunch of really great guys, and were excellent (and pleasant!) to deal with. Our intention was to try LivingScape on this initial project to see if they lived up to our expectations for future work we need done, and they definitely proved themselves. We would absolutely work with them again.

We just purchased a home that needed some renos and repairs and Livingscape was referred to us by our home inspector who said he was familiar with their work. We did some changes and improvements in one of the bathrooms as well as making some upgrades and repairs in the kitchen and other areas of the house. Even though our project was quite small and on short notice, Livingscape treated us like we were very important customers. The job was done quickly and affordably, and we felt like Pat and his trades truly cared about us and their work. We would use LivingScape again, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

We have hired Livingscape for home renovations on four seperate occasions. The last project in the summer of 2016 was the most extensive consisting of a major kitchen renovation, repurposing our old kitchen and dining room, updating of three bathrooms, conversion of a bedroom into a walk-in closet, moving the laundry room from the basement to the second floor and an extensive exterior upgrade. We could not be happier with the end product!
What has impressed us on all the projects that we have worked with Pat & Maureen is that they pay particular attention to how we would like to use our space and bring their creativity and experience to help create beautiful new spaces and as with this last renovation a completely different way of living in our home.
We have found their group of trades to be timely, courteous and the quality and workmanship has exceeded our expectations.
We can also say that we have recommended Livingscape to a number of friends and to the best of our knowledge they have had similar experiences. We strongly recommend this trustworthy company to anyone considering a home renovation of any kind!

In the summer of 2014 LivingScape performed an extensive renovation on an investment property I owned in Wildwood. The project scope was to take a 3 bedroom Bungalow, built in the late 1950's, and modernize it to today's standards. We converted the main floor from 3 bedrooms to 2, converting the 3rd bedroom to a walk-in closet and ensuite off the master. We also added onto the rear of the house to enlarge the kitchen and add a mudroom to the back entry. We also completely renovated the basement adding 2 bedrooms and a new bathroom and laundry room, changed out all of the windows and doors of the home, added a bump-out to the living room, and refreshed the home's exterior. From the time we started design (which took about 1-1/2 months) to the time we finished the project took about 6 months. In that time, I can tell you I was very happy with LivingScape. They knew their stuff, got the job done quickly, and kept the costs in line. As for the quality of the work, we listed the house for sale when finished, and it sold the first day for full price - I think that says it all. I would certainly recommend LivingScape, and would use them again.

I hired LivingScape to perform a renovation of my property I own in in SW Calgary. The project consisted of a 260 square foot addition to the rear of the home, an oversized garage, and a complete remodel of the interior and exterior of the home. I found LivingScape to be honest, reliable, knowledgable, and professional. They had excellent design ideas, which made the process very easy and relatively painless. They did a great job of managing the trades and helping keep costs to a minimum. The quality of work was exceptional, and the project was finished on time and on budget. I would recommend LivingScape to anyone looking for a high quality renovation project.

We contracted LivingScape in the spring of 2015 to renovate a 1963 bungalow in SW Calgary. The renovations were very extensive consisting of a complete gut of the existing house with the addition of a 2nd storey, covered front porch, new garage roof, huge deck, new concrete sidewalks, landscaping, and new fence. Essentially, when finished, it was a new custom home on an old foundation.

I found LivingScape to be excellent to work with. They were very knowledgable about all aspects of the construction including navigating through the drafting and design phase as well as the ins and outs of dealing with the City regarding Development and Building Permits. During design, LivingScape had great ideas for cost savings, while coming up with some very creative designs which we loved. Once construction began, they did an exceptional job of managing trades in a timely and efficient fashion. When challenges did arise, LivingScape worked quickly to resolve them to my satisfaction.

The entire project was completed exactly on time as promised, and even slightly under budget! I would not hesitate to recommend LivingScape to anyone for their renovation or custom home project.
