We contacted the company in February and was promptly contacted by a salesperson who was very knowledgeable and comfortable to talk with. At our convenience we met and discussed options for the work to be done. A quote was done on the spot. We did call to add to our order and the additional work costs were minimal. There were no hidden costs, price paid was the price quoted. With the weather a concern work still started as scheduled and was completed in a timely manner. The crew was very professional; but we knew this because we had observed them working on a neighbours house, before placing our order. They work well together as a highly skilled team, efficient and organized. They cleaned as they went and there was never a mess. The quality of the work is stellar.
