We have used Vaillancourt on 3 separate occasions: toilet repair, kitchen tap install, and sewer vents repaired. Each time they were professional, friendly, on time, and work done correctly. We are very pleased and will use them every time we need a plumber.

I phoned Vaillancourt Plumbing in regards to a leaking toilet. Lucky for me they had a cancellation so I got same day service which was wonderful. Shane, the plumber, was friendly, professional and efficient, he explained and showed me the problem and repaired the it promptly.

We recently just moved to the area and have been working on the house . I needed a toilet installed but didn't really know any plumbers out this way . I called Vallencourt based on the recommendation from a fellow I know who owns a plumbing company in Toronto.
They were able to get me an appointment for the next day which is pretty rare and the Corner who came to do the work could not have been any better. He was friendly, affable, totally professional and extremely conscientious of what he was doing and the finished product. I have more work to do around the house and any of the plumbing work will be given to Vallencourt no question.

On time and great work have had them replace our hot water tank before and great service then as well. they are the only ones we will call.

I opened my kitchen cupboard to find a small lake coming out. This was on Saturday, I called and within the hour someone was here and fixed my indoor swimming pool and took care of a couple of 2 other long-standing issues at the same time. The plumber obeyed all Covid protocols, Shane was courteous and work quietly to fix everything. I was very happy with the service.
