Had a major problem with my kitchen sink. Tried drain cleaner for two days ,did not work. Called Vaillancourt...got immediate results from Patsy...friendly, courteous. Trevor came out right on time ,paid close attention to detail and hit the ball right out of the park, problem solved!
Brian gave a follow up call to make sure all was O.K.
I will continue to depend on this company... great customer service!!

What a great service! The repair was relatively small, but the technician showed us how to fix it in case something similar happened again - which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend...

We had an issue with a water leak in the area of our laundry tub. Shane the plumber was pleasant, efficient, and handled the problem in an expeditious, professional manner.

These folks are very professional in their dealings. Good and easy booking. Friendly and skilled worker arrived here on time. Billed correctly as per agreement of time. He was also showing “how to” tips for some installation (thanks Shane). Nice follow up call and extra visit at my request for something I forgot to ask about. All in all the best I’ve seen in 30 plus years as a house owner.

I we had a leak in our shower stall, called them for the service.got the work done next day.very happy with their service.

I wasn't sure where the leak was coming from. Shane knew right away and was able to fix my old faucet rather than installing a new one which would have been much more costly. He secured the dishwasher pipes
and what a difference that made to the noise when it was running. I was very satisfied with the service. Shane was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Prompt, courteous service from both the office and plumbers. Leak fixed in reasonable amount of time and work area protected while completing the repair and left clean. Would definitely use the company again and recommend them.

Main 120v sump pump failed at 11:00 pm and called Vaillancourt Plumbing. Within 1/2 hour, Dave from Vaillancourt showed up and proceeded to replace the main pump. Job was completed before 1:am. Also required the 12 volt back up system to be replace, but not a regular item carried on their truck. Wednesday morning sharp, Dave returned and installed a new back up pump system. Great service from Vaillancourt Plumbing and Dave who was very accommodating and very professional. Saved me a lot of grief !

The technician arrived on time, was professional, courteous and completed all work as required. I am happy with the work that has been completed and will be using this company again for any future work I need done. I also want to point out that I was charged a fair price and did not have to deal with any ridiculous upsell tactics like some of the other companies I have dealt with.
