He is extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable in His field. He explains His methods of pest control and keeps me informed if there has been any feeding from month to month. Rick suggested last winter to include some extra bait traps as He found traces of rat droppings in a near by building on premises. I appreciate His honesty and integrity involving His job.
