Cris was extremely helpful and courteous and took care of our closet moth situation with two visits. He was very knowledgeable, knew what to do, and efficiently eliminated the problem. It took two visits, the second covered in the warranty.

called for mice problem. Employee missed the holes outside where the mice had clearly gnawed their way in. Sloppily filled another hole with steel wool that fell out in less than 24hrs. Left couple of simple Canadian tire traps for us to check and dispose of ourselves. Manager no help

Kyle was a great technician. Very thorough and en explained my options for the future in great detail.
He noticed a large was nest which he also took care of for me.
Getting Kyle here however, was not great. First appointment cancelled, 2nd never showed up because the wrong technician was booked. It happens but I received no phone call to let me know. I had to phone and find out why nobody showed up.

Travis was great! Offered to check the nest at the end of the day, to make sure there were no issues, but didnt have to. Very happy with the Abell Pest Control! Highly recommend!

Great service called at 11:00AM, Found a wasp nest on our building. He was able to get here within an hour 1/2 and removed it and got rid of the wasps.!!!! Thank you Shawn!!!

I hired Abell to help me with the bats i had living in my attic. They communicated very well initially and the service technician showed up on time. I explained where the bats were coming in and out of our home but once he got onto my roof he refused to install bat cones in one of the 3 problem areas. He complained that there was too much bat feces on that part of the roof and therefore did not want to get sick. I'm sorry but this is your job and you should come prepared with the proper gear for these expected working conditions. The bat cones he did install did nothing since the exit hole was too large and he did not properly seal around the base. However even if they had worked the bats would have just crawled into the holes he refused to seal.
The service technician said that he would come back in a few weeks to complete the job but i never heard from him again. I contacted Abell multiple times and each time they told me they would have the service technician get back to me but he never did. I ultimately had to go somewhere else to have this problem resolved. It was a complete waist of money and time dealing with this company and i would never recommend them to anybody who has a bat problem in there home.
